RRelocatia

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Relocatia (“we”) collects and processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Relocatia is a relocation and immigration coordinator operating in Spain. For data-protection questions, contact us at hello@relocatia.help.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone number, the service and city you’re interested in, your message, and your preferred language. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given via the form’s consent checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We use it solely to contact you, assess your needs, and — with your consent — connect you with a suitable licensed partner.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with the verified, licensed partner best suited to your case (immigration lawyer, gestoría, tax advisor or buyer’s agent), and only to the extent needed to help you. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to assist you and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function. Any future analytics or marketing cookies will require your explicit consent via our cookie notice.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.

TODO: have this reviewed by a licensed data-protection professional and add the company’s registered legal name, address and Data Protection Officer contact.

We use cookies to make the site work better. By continuing you agree to our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy
