Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Relocatia (“we”) collects and processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Relocatia (Relocatia) is a relocation and immigration coordinator operating in Spain. For data-protection questions, use the contact form on this website.
2. What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone number, the service and city you’re interested in, your message, and your preferred language. If — and only if — you accept analytics in our cookie notice, we also record an anonymous record of your visit: the pages you viewed, how long you spent on each, how you arrived (referring site or campaign link), your approximate location from your IP address at country/city level, and your browser and device type. This is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage for the duration of your visit and sent to us as a single summary when you leave. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given via the form’s consent checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We use it solely to contact you, assess your needs, and — with your consent — connect you with a suitable licensed partner.
4. Who we share it with
We share your data only with the verified, licensed partner best suited to your case (immigration lawyer, gestoría, tax advisor or buyer’s agent), and only to the extent needed to help you. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to assist you and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no advertising cookies. We store your cookie-notice choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Analytics storage (see section 2) is used only after you accept it, and you can decline it at any time by choosing “essential only” in the notice — declining stops the analytics beacon entirely.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
