Temporary Protection (Ukrainians) in Sevilla
Andalusia
Sevilla has no reception centre, and the nearest is in Málaga, across the region. Most people here therefore apply through the Oficina de Extranjería de Sevilla, which issues the protection document but leaves the social security number, health card and jobseeker registration as separate errands.
Sevilla is also the least anglophone city on this list. Procedures are conducted in Spanish and the local support networks for Ukrainian arrivals are thinner than on the coast. The compensation is a genuinely lower cost of living and a housing market where a long-term contract — the thing empadronamiento depends on — is realistic rather than a scramble.

Questions about this service
Should I travel to Málaga for the reception centre?
It is a real option and it bundles employment and healthcare registration into the same visit, which the Sevilla route does not. Whether the journey is worth it depends on whether you need to be working quickly; if you are already settled in Sevilla, the local route is fine.
How much of this can I do without Spanish?
Less than on the coast. Counter staff, schools and health centres here work in Spanish, and there is no large Ukrainian-speaking service network to fall back on. That is exactly the gap a coordinator fills — and it is the main reason Sevilla cases take longer without one.
